How to Start

Ask iSTEC to make a formal no-obligation proposal or presentation. This presentation will enable you to assess how iSTEC can meet your specific needs.

After the acceptance of a formal proposal and quotation, all key role-players receive a briefing on the intervention and their roles.

The initial survey/baseline audit or risk assessment is conducted by a specialist consultant to establish your organization's initial benchmarks. A report with major findings and recommendations for continuous improvement is submitted. The report is based on the iSTEC Risk Management strategy

  • Management systems and integration
  • Occupational safety and physical safeguarding
  • Occupational health, hygiene and medicine
  • Process safety
  • Information Security
  • Business Continuity
  • Environmental protection

Following a formal briefing on the report, the company establishes its continuous improvement action plan.

iSTEC assists the company to implement its action plans.

An iSTEC -accredited auditor conducts the audit, according to the Standards Key Elements, Audit Criteria, and Protocol.

Following a formal briefing by the consultant or auditor, the company sets in place the continuous improvement action plans to prepare for the next part of the ongoing programme.
